These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the p56com platform and all services offered through p56com.one. By registering an account or using any p56com service, you agree to be bound by these terms in full. Please read them carefully.

2.3 These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and p56com. p56com reserves the right to modify, amend, or supplement these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the contact information on file with their account.
3.1 Age Requirement. Access to the p56com platform and all gaming services is strictly restricted to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older, as mandated by PAGCOR's regulations for online gaming in the Philippines. 3.2 Geographic Restriction. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or different mobile numbers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account closure and forfeiture of any associated Balance and Bonus Funds.
3.5 KYC Verification. p56com is required under PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all Players before processing cash withdrawals. KYC documentation includes a valid Philippine government-issued identification (SSS Card, PhilHealth ID, UMID, Driver's License, or Passport) and a matching selfie photograph. p56com reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.
4.1 Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their p56com account credentials, including their username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. p56com will never ask a Player to disclose their password through any channel, including live chat, email, or telephone.
4.2 You agree to notify p56com immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. p56com cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access where the Player has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials or has shared them with a third party.
4.3 All information provided to p56com during registration or at any subsequent point must be accurate, complete, and current. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of Balance.
4.4 p56com accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. Players may not sell, assign, transfer, or pledge their account, account Balance, or any entitlement arising from account membership to any third party.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. p56com accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and USDT. Minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
5.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are credited to the Player's account in real time upon confirmation from the payment processor. Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are credited upon receipt and confirmation, which typically occurs within standard banking processing times.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within the same banking day during business hours. p56com does not impose processing fees on standard withdrawals.
5.4 KYC Prerequisite. All cash withdrawals require completed KYC verification on the requesting account. p56com reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification or compliance review.
5.5 Withdrawal Limits. Daily and weekly withdrawal limits apply and are set at levels appropriate to each Player's account verification tier and VIP status. Limits are displayed within the account withdrawal interface. Players requiring higher limits should contact p56com support.
5.6 Player Funds. Player deposits are held in accounts segregated from p56com's operational funds in compliance with PAGCOR requirements. This segregation ensures that Player Balances are protected in the event of business interruption.
6.1 p56com offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback credits, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, which are displayed at the point of offer and in the Player's bonus dashboard.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds credited to a Player's account are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before Bonus Funds may be converted to withdrawable Balance. Wagering requirements for each promotion are clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms.
6.3 Bonuses are limited to one claim per promotion per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address. p56com reserves the right to void bonus claims and associated winnings where evidence of abuse, collusion, or multiple account participation is detected.
6.4 p56com reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. The modification or withdrawal of a promotion does not affect Bonus Funds already credited to a Player's account before the change takes effect.
6.5 Cashback promotions are calculated based on net losses within the defined promotional period. Cashback credits are applied after the promotional period closes and may be subject to minimum wagering requirements as stated in the specific promotion's terms.
7.1 All games offered on the p56com platform are governed by individual game rules that are accessible within each game interface. By placing a wager, the Player acknowledges acceptance of the applicable game rules.
7.2 p56com games use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software to determine game outcomes. The RNG certifications and Return to Player (RTP) figures for all games are available within each game's information panel.
7.3 Bets placed and accepted by the p56com system are final and binding. p56com reserves the right to void any wager that is placed as a result of a manifest error in odds, game odds, or game configuration. In the event of a void, the original wager amount is returned to the Player's account Balance.
7.4 Sports betting markets at p56com are governed by the specific rules of each sport and betting market as displayed within the p56com sportsbook. In the event of abandonment, postponement, or cancellation of a sporting event, wager settlements follow the market rules applicable to that sport.
7.5 In the event of a technical failure that interrupts a game session, p56com will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs and either complete or void the round in accordance with documented reconstruction procedures.

Engaging in any of the below actions constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance, and reporting to PAGCOR or relevant law enforcement authorities:

10.1 All content on the p56com platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, visual elements, trademarks, and service marks, is the proprietary property of p56com or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the p56com platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not extend to reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or any commercial use of p56com content.
10.3 Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of p56com's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil or criminal liability under Philippine law.
11.1 The p56com platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. p56com makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose of the platform or any of its services.
11.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, p56com shall not be liable to any Player for: loss of profits or revenues; loss of data; loss of goodwill; or any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the p56com platform.
11.3 p56com's total aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not, in any event, exceed the total amount deposited by that Player to their p56com account in the twelve (12) calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits p56com's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
12.1 p56com reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:
12.2 Upon closure of an account for reasons other than breach or fraud, any verified Balance remaining in the account at the time of closure (net of outstanding Bonus Funds subject to unfulfilled wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their most recently used withdrawal method within fifteen (15) business days.
12.3 Players who wish to voluntarily close their p56com account may do so by contacting p56com customer support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within five (5) business days.
13.1 p56com reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The current version of these Terms & Conditions is always the version published at p56com.one/terms-conditions, with the "Last Updated" date shown in the page header.
13.2 Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect Player rights or obligations — p56com will provide advance notice of not less than seven (7) calendar days by notification to the Player's registered email address or by in-platform notification upon login.
13.3 If a Player does not accept the amended terms, they must cease use of the platform and request account closure before the effective date of the changes. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes irrevocable acceptance of the amended Terms & Conditions.
14.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
14.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to p56com's internal dispute resolution process by contacting p56com customer support. p56com will endeavour to resolve all disputes within fifteen (15) business days of receipt of a formal written complaint.
14.3 Where a dispute cannot be resolved through internal processes, Players may escalate the matter to PAGCOR in accordance with PAGCOR's published complaint procedures for licensed operators.
14.4 The courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that proceeds to formal legal action under these Terms & Conditions.
